Who we are

Elephero was launched in 2010, specializing in the planning, design, installation and maintenance of modern workspaces. Elephero is based in Kuala Lumpur, but provides coverage throughout Malaysia.

We are not a very large firm, yet many large companies rely on us to create unique workspaces.

We take great pride in our work. We are fanatical about quality and we want that quality to be visible: to our clients, to their employees, and to their customers.

Since our founding, our goals have always been the same: to bring professional dedication to each project, and to give personal attention to each client.

What we do

Elephero designs offices, lounges, showrooms, labs, and other facilities that are functional, attractive and most of all livable.

Elephero is famous for innovative design, yet we are much more than just a team of good designers. We are perfectionists. We plan each project down to the smallest detail, then insure the same attention to detail from start to finish.

Elephero provides turnkey services.
We coordinate all outside suppliers and manage each installation from beginning to end.

Elephero controls costs.
We deliver cost savings without compromising on quality. That means finding ways to reduce costs intelligently cutting costs without cutting corners.

Elephero is demanding.
We set extremely high standards, both for ourselves and for our suppliers. We work only with top suppliers, people who have proven themselves to be reliable for 10 - 15 years.

This is our promise to each client. It is the mark of a professional in any business. It is what we expect from our own suppliers, and it is what you should expect every time from Elephero.

All work is finished on time - no exceptions, no "we'll touch that up later" excuses.

All work is finished on budget. (Please read that again.) Some companies like to set initial budget estimates attractively low, then let costs creep up as they go along. We don't work that way. Not now, not ever. On budget means there is just one budget from beginning to end.

All work is exactly what we have agreed to in advance. No changes, no cutting corners, no add-on fees. No surprises.

Doing work that was agreed to from the start, finishing that work on time, and delivering the final project for the originally-stated budget -all this seems obvious to us. It's just good business.
